What you Need most.....
If I never mentioned it before I'll say it again..You are what you EAT and Don't eat,great food equals great strength,Sleep is not rest....but you need both to be strong....resting is sitting still and not doing anything....sleep is a state of the mind and body, (total shut down mode) in order to re-gather thoughts and solutions.Its when your muscles actually grow!!
