What you Need most.....

If I never mentioned it before I'll say it again..You are what you EAT and Don't eat,great food equals great strength,Sleep is not rest....but you need both to be strong....resting is sitting still and not doing anything....sleep is a state of the mind and body, (total shut down mode) in order to re-gather thoughts and solutions.Its when your muscles actually grow!!

Want great bench press numbers???

Welcome to all that have a thirst and a hunger to Bench Press their own body weight and beyond.Im here to provide helpfull insight on the do's and don'ts in and out of the gym.Me,I'm Big Coco, A former USPF Powerlifter & 6x Super Heavyweight Raw Open California State Bench Press Champion.My best flat bench is 635lbs.,My best incline is 545lbs. and My best decline is 585lbs.,so when it comes to the bench press I'm the Michael Jordan of the sport....lol
